Paksiw na Tilapia sa gata for lunch! 😋😋😋
This is a quick & easy way of preparing a fish dish. Cook it for your family & share the love.
Here's my recipe for staying healthy.
Ingredients
1kl Tilapia cut into half and cleaned
20 pcs Young furled taro ( talbos ng gabi) optional or pechay
3 thumbs ginger sliced
10 tablespoons coconut vinegar
1 cups coconut cream
3 pieces long green chili pepper
1 medium red onion optional
3 cloves garlic crushed
1 ½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup water
1 teaspoon palm oil
1 tablespoon sugar
patis optional
Instructions
In a cooking pot combine tilapia, ginger, garlic, onion, chili, sugar, pepper, palm oil, vinegar, & water. Let it boil...
Add long green pepper. Cover & continue to cook in medium heat for 5 minutes.
Pour-in coconut cream....then stir. Allow the mixture to re-boil. Cover & cook for 15 minutes.
Add gabi leaves...then stir. Cook for about 3 to 5 minutes.
Season with salt & patis

Dinengdeng with Fried Tilapia
Dinengdeng is additionally called Inabraw. Most loved Ilocano dish that is made of assortment of vegetables.This dish is nutritious and easy to prepare.Try this Dinengdeng and let me know what you think.
INGREDIENTS
1 piece browned tilapia
6 string beans
1 package squash clears out
1 package squash bloom
1 medium measured ginger, cut
4-5 winged beans-Sigarilyas
1 pc Knorr Pork Broth Cube
1 onion, cut
1 small ginger cut
3 mugs water
Fish sauce to taste ( Bagoong Isda )
Instructions
1. Boil ginger and onions in a pot for 5 to 10 minutes
2. Blend in fish bagoong and Knorr Pork Cube.
3. Put fried tilapia. Stew for 5 more minutes.
4. Include all the vegetables and cook for about 5 minutes. At that point, Add squash bloom and clears out. Cook for an additional 2 minutes
5. Add the fish and salt to taste and remove the pan from warmth.
Serve with fried tilapia.
Perfect combination.

Tuna and Vegetable Salad with Corn
Today I am sharing how to make Vegetable Tuna salad with corn. Your family will love it and you will revere exactly that it is so natural to make.
INGREDIENTS:
1 medium head of lettuce
3 to 4 four tomatoes, chopped
1/2 can of corn, depleted
1 can Tuna chips
1 huge cucumber, cut
Dressing Ingredients
1 half quart mayonnaise
5 ounces of sharp cream
1 tbsp. olive oil and salt to taste
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Put the mayonnaise, harsh cream, olive oil, and salt pour over the serving of mixed greens. This is really one of my most loved serving of mixed salad. Served w/bread. Appreciate eating!

Inihaw na Talong at Tilapia
This dish is simple & easy to prepare, there's no outstanding recipe. All you need is charcoal and barbecue fire cook. One of my most adored late spring dishes.

Ingredients
2 medium tilapia, cleaned
1 tbsp. salt
Eggplant or Talong
Tomatoe
Fish sauce ( bagoong isda )
Calamansi juice
Instructions
There are various ways to deal with plan inihaw na Tilapia, this recipe will control you on the most ideal approach to make fire seared in the simplest way – rubbed with salt and cooked direct over the grill flame broil.
Served with hot rice. Enjoy eating!

Sinigang na Hipon
(Shrimp in Sour Tamarind Soup)
Sinigang na hipon is one of my most fav dish. It contains shrimp and mixed vegetables in a tamarind base soup. I used shrimp with shell head in light of the fact that the flavor is still set up. I cook this dish when the atmosphere is cool.
Ingredients:
1 little ginger
1 onion, cut
4 pieces siling pansigang
5 glasses rice water
6 little eggplants, cut
5 tomatoes, cut
1 sachet Sinigang Sampalok
1/2 kilo Shrimp
8-10 stalk of kangkong
salt for taste
Instructions:
Set water in a pot. Put onion, tomatoes, sili and ginger. Heat to the point of boiling. Include salt and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add the kangkong and eggplant. Cook for an extra 5 minutes.
Incorporate the shrimps and tamarind blend. Allow it to boil. Season to taste.
Happy eating!
