Adobong Manok at Baboy

    ( Chicken and Pork Adobo )

   One of our most loved dish is Adobo. Tasty and easy to cook. There are a wide range of form of Adobo, some include potatoes, have sauce and others are drier. Adobo dish is so regular here in the Philippines. Figure out how to cook this sort of dish.
 

            Ingredients:

1/2 pound pork, cut into 3 squares

1/2 pound chicken, cut into 3 squares

2 tbsp. vinegar

5 tbsp. soy sauce

1 entire globule garlic, peeled and pulverized

3/4 teaspoon ground dark pepper

3 cups water

1 tbsp sugar

salt to taste
 Cooking Procedure:

Combine all the ingredients, pork, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, pepper, sugar, and water and heat to the point of boiling. Stew until the pork is cooked. Include the chicken and stew for 20 minutes until the pork and chicken are tender.



Serve with rice. Enjoy your meal!
